Rainway U-style 6/12 - front-pull shear version.

World-wide patent pending, the Rainway U-style 6/12 portable seamless gutter machine is capable of producing 6" half-round gutter from 11 3/4 - 12" wide steel, aluminium and copper. The machine is available as a portable on-site version and as a more equipped in-plant version. Versions between the on-site and the in-plant models are also available. Basically, our customers can choose the standard of equipment from the list. The main functions of use are the same as with the Rainway U-style 5/10.

The portable on-site version includes chain and sprocket wheel driven rollers, a coil cradle, and a hydraulic shear. All visible parts are powder coated. All rollers and shafts are nitrogen hardened for the best possible corrosion protection. We don't use hard chrome plating for disadvantageous environmental and health reasons.
